[Fall Workshop 2012] Accommodation

We hope you’ve set aside Thursday November 1st for the ETUG Fall pub and Friday November 2nd  for the Fall workshop 2012 which will be held at BCIT Downtown.
For out-of-town attendees, there is a joint block booking with UCIPD at the wonderful St.Regis Hotel across the street.  Rooms will be $149 per night and include the following goodies:

• Full breakfast (eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage, or ham, hash brown potato, fresh fruit salad and pastries, Belgian waffles etc.)

To book a room, call the St. Regis Hotel at 1-800-770-7929 or email info@stregishotel.com to make a reservation. Quote “BCcampus-UCIPD” and  make your reservation before October 7th, 2012 to get this rate. After that date you will be offered the best available rate. The block rates are available for bookings between October 31st – November 2nd, 2012.
It’ll also be ever  so easy for people to attend the ETUG pub night Thursday as we’re going to meet up at the  St. Regis Hotel Bar and Grill. It is easily accessible to skytrain at Dunsmuir and Granville. See you there!
