HOW TO REGISTER

Complete the ON-LINE Form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
PLEASE NOTE:

Registration Fees: $100 + HST (Includes workshop sessions, breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for both days and BBQ dinner Thursday)
Cancellation Deadline: May 24, 2011
Substitutions: Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notification up to the cancellation date. Shared registrations will not be permitted.
Recordings: Workshop participants should be aware that photographs and video recordings taken at the ETUG workshop will be published online and in print materials under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 Canada (CC BY-SA 2.5) License. If you do not agree to have your photograph published contact Leva Lee leva.lee@bccampus.ca

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by May 24, 2011. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be issued after the workshop and will not be given to no-shows.
Confirmation of your registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server. Receipts: Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.
