Nov 12 (Wednesday); Let’s meet 5:30 pm and thereafter. This is a no host event. When you get there, just ask where the ETUG – BCcampus group is hanging out and we’ll be there!
Registration Fees
$35 + taxes Includes workshop sessions and continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments for Nov 13th. If you are looking for hotels near BCIT, see info on Accommodations.

All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server. This email will be your receipt of payment for the workshop. Print a copy for your records.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will be granted to cancellations received by the cancellation date of November 3, 2014, midnight. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation date and will be issued after the workshop. Refunds will not be given to no-shows. Substitution is allowed with prior notification. ONLINE REGISTRATION will close on Friday November 7 at Noon (DST)
Food Allergies
Please alert of us of any serious food allergies you may have. Although we do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that catering can fully meet your requirements. There will be gluten free and vegetarian options available.
Photographs & Recordings
Photographs, video and audio recordings will be taken at the ETUG workshop and published on ETUG and BCcampus websites and materials, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. For more details, see BCcampus Open agenda.
