Registration Fee: $100 + taxes.

Includes continental breakfast, lunch & refreshment breaks and sessions. Registration will be open until October 24, 2016 or until the event is sold out.

Complete the online form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by October 24 2016. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will not be given to no-shows.
Substitutions: Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notification up to the cancellation date. Shared registrations will not be permitted.
