IT4BC 2012: Call For Presenters

Higher Education Information Technology BC (HEITBC) is pleased to host the IT4BC 2012 conference at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel in Richmond, British Columbia on June 14 – 15, 2012.
IT4BC is BC’s premiere IT conference for post-secondary education. The two-day conference draws 250 attendees, including IT directors and functional staff from post-secondary institutions throughout BC. With more than 40 professional development sessions it provides a valuable forum for training, knowledge-sharing between institutions, and connecting with peers. It is also an opportunity to interact with the information technology community including vendors and partners who provide services and technology.

IT4BC 2012 is currently looking for proposals for speakers

The 2012 conference is designed for an education sector that considers Information Technology a strategic asset in providing value to their primary customer: the students. The conference brings together industry analysts, leading experts, and professionals to share their expereince, knowledge and network.
Enhancing the Student Experience is the theme this year’s conference and sessions will focus primarily on case studies, implementation plans, techniques and action items to support student demands.
All sessions are scheduled for 1 hour blocks and should be designed with the conference tracks in mind.
The new deadline for proposal submissions is April 15th , 2012.
