Tell us a bit about where you work and what you do.
I work at the UBC Library and am a liaison librarian in the humanities and social sciences, as well as a flexible learning coordinator. I work with learning technologists around open ed, content curation, open badges, and integrating library services in instruction.
How long have you been involved in teaching and learning and educational technology?
9 years.
What is one thing you really love about the work you do?
Working with people in innovative ways. Teaching and advocacy.
How long have you been a member of ETUG?
I don’t think I am :-).
What do you like best about this community and its activities?
Interesting conversations, meeting my community.
Do you have a favourite ETUG memory?
Presenting on maker pedagogy with Will Engle at the Spring Conference in 2014.
What would you like ETUG to provide more of in terms of benefits/value to members? Any input or help you want to ask members to provide?
