[Fall Workshop 2014] Schedule
An unconference is an open space event which supports participants to create their agenda/ topics for the day and to explore those which most interest them. While the unconference agenda is created at the event, we understand more detail is helpful to provide a framework for everyone, especially first-time “unconferencers”, to know what to expect and how to prepare for this kind of gathering.
The ETUG Unconference schedule will look something like this and will take place at BCIT’s downtown campus on the 8th floor (Atrium Room 825, Classrooms: 810, 820, 830, 840 and for breakouts we think the Atrium can accommodate up to 3 groups comfortably. All rooms will have internet, a computer & projector, flipcharts, pens, sticky notes, paper)

Just a final note: the unconference format is meant to allow for openness, creativity and spontaneity. Some planning is in place with a framework for the day, a call for facilitators and great topics, food and meeting space. But the real success will depend on your participation! To join in the fun, register here until this Friday November 7th. To read more about the unconference format, check out these unconference resources or this Unconference 101 video.
