The Call for Proposals for the upcoming ETUG Spring Workshop is closing on Monday March 25, 2013.  Our theme this year is “Tell it on the Mountain: Teaching, Engaging, Learning and Leading”.  This year you can submit a proposal for a session and/or a poster. Read more about it and get your proposals in!
SFU Burnaby Mountain campus  will be our host site on June 6th and 7th. Workshop highlights and updates include:

• The ETUG Pub night is at The Highland Pub on SFU Burnaby campus Wed. June 5th from about 5:30 pm on. All are welcome. This is a no host event.
• Reserve your room on campus! ETUG has a block of rooms available for workshop attendees. Single Dorm rooms are $35/night and Queen Hotel rooms are $85/night. Book under the ETUG group. Note there are a limited number of  Queen Hotel rooms so book early to avoid disappointment in your choice of room.
• Our keynote is Nancy White. You won’t want to miss her visit and what she has in store for us!
• Workshop registration is schedule to open April 2nd. Workshop fees are $100 + taxes and include workshop sessions, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, refreshments, and a dinner Thursday evening at the SFU Diamond Alumni Centre. It is a real deal. Registration on a first-come, first-served basis then people will be placed on a waiting list.
